Allowances and trials
Free includes 10 one-time trial credits, not monthly credits. Starter £3/month includes 100 one-time trial credits, then social access only unless another allowance is purchased. Pro £19/month includes 500 credits/month; School £49/month includes a weighted shared pool of 1,000 credits/month with a hard cap of 10 seats; annual Pro £190 includes 6,000 credits/year (500 × 12), two months free compared with monthly pricing.
Free and Starter do not display a recurring credit balance on this site. Trial balances can still be spendable where supported. All paid purchases and applicable checkout terms are on booktoreel.com/pricing.
Weights and insufficient balance
The requested reference weights are 10 credits for Fal video, 1 for ElevenLabs voice, 20 for ProRes export through AWS and 50 for DCP through Qube Wire. These film/export integrations and weights are not currently implemented here. The final operation cost must be shown and agreed before any chargeable request.
A credit guard must check and debit the applicable balance before any chargeable API request. Insufficient balance blocks the operation, not free social access, hiring, applications or messages. School spending must stay within its shared pool hard cap.
Rollover, cancellation and refunds
The requested policy is no expiry and rollover while a qualifying subscription remains active. This is not yet verified in shared subscription billing; the sister site’s checkout must confirm the actual rollover and cancellation treatment. Credits are not cash, a wage or a hiring payment.
Used credits are normally not returned for a change of mind, subject to statutory consumer rights and remedies for failed or faulty supply. No top-up or Stripe checkout is collected here. Upgrades open booktoreel.com; bank settlement details are not a user-facing credit guarantee.
