UK copyright law protects original works and related rights. Use only material you own, have licensed or are lawfully entitled to use. Credit alone is not permission. A voice clone may involve privacy, performance and other rights even where a copyright claim is not the only issue.
Send a clear notice
Email hello@yourstoryyourway.co.uk with your name and contact details, identification of the work, the exact location of the allegedly infringing material, evidence of ownership or authority, and a good-faith explanation of the unauthorised use. State that your information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised representative. Do not include passwords or unrelated private documents.
Review and takedown process
The requested service target is review and action on substantiated reports within 24 hours; this is a target, not a verified staffed guarantee. Material may be restricted while evidence is checked. Where safe and lawful, the uploader can be notified and asked for licence evidence. Repeat infringement can lead to account restrictions.
A US DMCA notice may be relevant in some circumstances, but calling this page “DMCA” does not establish a US safe-harbour programme or designated agent. UK procedures and applicable law govern the operator’s handling. An affected uploader can request review with evidence; restoration is not automatic.
