Post a job
Open Hiring and choose Post a job. Add a genuine title, sector, location, budget and brief, then post. Free accounts are limited to 1 job. Use My jobs to see applications to your roles.
Apply and review
Choose Apply on another member’s job, write a note and optionally attach a video self-tape. Send application. The applicant and job poster can access the tape. Posters can open tapes, message applicants and mark a hire.
Arrange payment privately
Posting, applications and DMs are free. There is no platform hire checkout, commission, escrow or payout. Agree fees, terms, safety and rights directly. Leave an honest 1–5 star review of a real experience, not a review in return for payment.
