Does Starter give monthly credits?
No. The £3/month plan has 100 one-time trial credits, not a monthly allowance.
What is the Pro allowance?
£19/month includes 500 credits/month on the sister site, subject to its checkout terms.
What is the School allowance?
£49/month has a weighted shared pool of 1,000 credits/month and a hard cap of 10 seats.
What is annual Pro?
£190/year with 6,000 credits/year, equivalent to 500 × 12 and two months free.
Why can I not see a Free credit badge?
Free and Starter balances are hidden because their trial credits are not recurring allowances.
What happens when credits run out?
Chargeable generation or exports should stop. Social access, messages and hiring remain free.
Does one login already work on both sites?
Shared accounts and subscription transfer are the intended setup, but are not yet confirmed. Use the sign-in offered by each site.
How do I upload a video or song?
Attach a video, audio file or photo in the feed composer, add text if desired and select the relevant post type.
Will ProRes or RAW play in the feed?
Not necessarily. Browser-compatible MP4 video is the safer choice; no transcoding is promised here.
What is character latch?
A proposed film workflow for keeping face, voice and character identity consistent. It is not a working tool on this site.
Can I clone a famous actor or singer?
Only with appropriate verified rights and permission. A name or likeness example is not a licence.
How do I send a self-tape?
Open Hiring, choose Apply, optionally attach a video and send your application.
Who can watch my application tape?
Its applicant and matching job poster, not the general member feed.
Can I report or block someone in the app?
Open Content options on a member post or profile to Report or Block member. Manage blocked members in Safety settings. Contact emergency services for immediate danger.
How do I request deletion or a data copy?
Email hello@yourstoryyourway.co.uk from your account email. Do not send your password.
