Paid allowances

Weighted spending
Different operations can cost different numbers of credits. A balance guard must run before chargeable film generation or export; an empty balance must not stop free social features. The reference film weights and rollover policy are described in Credits Terms but are not implemented or confirmed as shared billing here.
